そこそこ健康な生活をしてると

勝手に思ってますｗ





そんな砂糖嫌いの僕でも、

黒糖はたまに食べたりします。





その理由は、

はじめに触れたように、

ミネラル分が多く含まれているからです。





特に、

黒糖にはラフィノースという
